About dance4life Moldova

The NCO of dance4life Moldova is AIDS Foundation East-West (AFEW), a Dutch, non-governmental, public health organisation working in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA) to reduce the impact of HIV among vulnerable populations. The organisation is currently active in seven of these former Soviet countries:Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Since 2004, when AFEW was registered in  Moldova, several media communication campaigns on prevention of HIV and AIDS, and to reduce stigma and discrimination of people living with HIV have been implemented in this country. Other projects carried out in the country  included Trainings on Voluntary Counseling  and Testing for health professionals ofMoldova(World Bank),HIV prevention among Injection Drug Use (Cordaid)

dance4life Moldova started in 2007.
