About dance4life Nepal

The NCO of dance4life Nepal is Restless Development (Nepal), a youth-led development organisation which places young people at the forefront of change and development. Since its establishment in 1991, Restless Development Nepal has worked with and for young people on urgent issues, such as Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, life-skills and livelihoods, which affect young people, their families, their communities and their nations as a whole.

In 2010, Restless Development (Nepal) successfully piloted the dance4Life programme in Kathmandu. Within two months of its operation, the programme reached over 700 young people and was able to mobilise 30 Peer Educators and Trainers.  Following it success in Kathmandu, this innovative programme is now being expanded to numerous rural districts of Nepal.
