Albatross 

Albatross was formed in 1999 when a couple of school boys from Kathmandu surrendered to the call of their pin up guitar gods and came together with rusted guitars to transcend the sound of the Nepali music scene. Evolved from a three-man school band, it has witnessed many line-up changes, each of which has significantly influenced the music which the band creates.  Albatross have recently recorded their album "Atti Bhayo", a collection of eight songs initiated and inspired by each of the band members' musical influences, aspirations and interests.

Albatross and dance4life: 

"We have been involved with Dance4Life since performing at their first ever event in November 2010. We support Dance4Life because we feel that awareness is the first step towards change. Informed citizens are an informed society".

 "One of our most memorable moments would have to be the event itself. It was very refreshing to see the fresh enthusiastic faces of so many agents4change working towards a common goal; awareness for HIV. We felt we're all on the same boat sailing towards the creation of educated and an open society. And at that moment we could all agree that change had begun and most importantly it was here to stay".
