Governor No Creature 

Born 1^st January 1984, Governor No creature is a Ugandan Afro/ Reggae Artist and a Graduate from Makerere University Kampala. He has been a dance4life ambassador since 2008, inspiring the agents4change and actively getting involved in most of the dance4life activities whenever called upon. He has actively participated in the last two big events performing on both of them and recording a dance4life track.

Governor is a performing artist; song writer and play write as well and directs plays too. He spends most of his time on these. He also works with a film company, Beta films in Kampala, Uganda
