About dance4life Zimbabwe

The NCO of dance4life Zimbabwe is Restless Development (Zimbabwe).

Zimbabweans currently face multiple challenges including poverty, unemployment and an HIV epidemic.Young people in particular are affected by these challenges; they are often not involved in decision making processes and their potential to contribute positively to the social and economic development of the country is generally overlooked.

Restless Development works to empower the youth of Zimbabwe to take control of their futures and the future of Zimbabwe.

dance4life is implemented through the Youth Empowerment programme which takes place in four districts in Zimbabwe; Bulilima, Mangew, Wedza, Chimanimani and in Plumtree town. A dance4life team also brings the programme to urban schools in Harare. 

dance4life Zimbabwe started in 2007.
