Though officially still in 'pilot' phase, the Dance4Life event in Hanoi, Vietnam, was an overwhelming success. It was held on the Hanoi University for Foreign Languages campus. As the 600 Schools Project participants danced the Dance4Life Drill one last time at the end of the evening and the MC yelled 'Dance4...' the 'Life' resounded, not only from the students themselves, but also from university students and staff who had been watching the event hanging out of their windows.
Some quotes from visitors of the event:
"I am very happy to join this event. I find it very meaningful. I think I learned quite a lot. I learned about HIV as well as how to prevent myself from HIV. With an event like today, we, the students of the school and people in the community, are closer to each other." Ngoc, 17 years old
"I found that the people living with HIV are very optimistic and energetic, not what I thought before and I and the other students have sympathy for people living with HIV." Trang, 18 years old
