Co-founder of Dance4Life chosen as Young Global Leader along with Shakira and others

There were 5,000 people nominated, and Dennis was one of the 245 individuals who were awarded the title by the World Economic Forum. The candidates are evaluated by a selection committee, which is chaired by Her Majesty Queen Rania of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and includes eminent international media leaders.

Through his role as Brand Director at Dance4Life International and as a Young Global Leader 2008, Dennis will focus all his efforts over the next three years to ensure that world leadership will actively seek and implement innovative approaches to our world’s biggest problems. In this respect he will invest all his energy in promoting Dance4Life’s mission to create 1,000,000 actively involved young people around the globe to push back HIV and AIDS through music and dance.

Soon after the announcement of his selection, Dennis said: “In joining the Young Global Leader network I hope to inspire, mobilise and unite them to come up with innovative solutions that will contribute towards a better society, just as I am doing with Dance4Life!”
