Bert Koenders does the drill in South Africa with pupils of Sarepta Secondary School

Joined also by dance4life co-founder Dennis Karpes and Eveline Aendekerk (managing director dance4life international), Development Minister Bert Koenders was taught the drill by the pupils of Sarepta Secondary School on his visit to South Africa this month.
Koenders was in South Africa, along with Minister for Foreign Trade Frank Heemskerk, as part of the economic mission to promote cooperation with the Netherlands.
One focus was to develop partnerships in the areas of education and combating HIV and AIDS. To complement this dance4life had a strong presence during the event with a presentation from Eveline Aendekerk and a performance from the school. Two young people then gave testimonials about how the programme gave them a way to express themselves, how it increased their self esteem and how much fun it is!
