Ana Stanic, dance4life ambassador, has won an international award for her support of young people in pushing back HIV and AIDS !

The international youth network Y-PEER (Youth peer Education Network) grants annual awards to public figures for their devotion and achievements in the fight against HIV and AIDS.
The judging panel consists primarily of young people, and partners such as MTV, Hollywood Health Center and UN agencies. In the past, this award has been given to many public figures from a variety of countries such as: Alexey Vorobyov (Russia), Koray (Turkey), Karizma (Bulgaria) and Dani Dimitrovska (Macedonia). This is the second award given to a Serbian artist, the first one in 2008 having been awarded to Mira Adanja Polak for high quality reporting on people living with HIV and AIDS.
