Orangina announces exciting partnership with dance4life.

08-02-2010

Orangina have announced that they will be supporting dance4life worldwide, ‘shaking’ its drinkers awake in order to help dance4life in raising awareness and funds to push back HIV and AIDS worldwide.

The partnership was announced at the Orangina International Dance finals which took place in the Sugar Factory, Amsterdam on february 4th.

One of the main partnership activities will be participation in the dance4life worldwide event on the 27th of November 2010, when young people worldwide will unite to celebrate their achievements in pushing back HIV and AIDS. With the new partnership, Orangina will take its mantra ‘Shake it to Wake it’, to a new level!

Orangina and dance go back a long way. Orangina has always encouraged its drinkers to “shake it to wake it’. Besides their strong connection with dance, Orangina also has a long history with Africa; the continent that is affected most by HIV and AIDS. Founder Léon Beton produced the first Orangina in Algeria, and only moved to France in 1962.

Supporting the work dance4life does with both funds and with supporting programmes will make the partnership a part of every Orangina employee’s working day.

Orangina will announce its consumer activation plans for dance4life later this year.
