Chisinau, Moldova host their first ever dance4life event!


In Moldova, 1,500 people danced with a lot of inspiration and dedication, showing the whole world that young people have the power to stop the spread of HIV and AIDS!

The event day started in the dance4life office: 2 tour teams from Chisinau and one new team from Balti in the small office getting ready for the event, all with painted dance4life logos on their faces. Then out onto the streets of Chisinau for a quick series of dancemobs!

Later in the day, it was time for the big event! People started arriving; all dressed in white and very exited! Picture the scene: Young people, white and violet balloons everywhere, inspired new dance4life Moldova ambassadors, local and Romanian DJ and singers stars, a lot of journalists with cameras running around trying to take best pictures....fantastic! As the live moment came closer and closer, the tension started to rise. The countdown 3,2,1....YES it was there!! Amsterdam!!
After the live connection everybody danced, inspired and empowered by that moment of unity. During the next few days, Chisinau City was still full of news and stories about dance4life and the live satellite!
