Moscow rocks!

On the 29th of November, in Moscow, the "Pavillion 5” Club, around 1,000 young people gathered to celebrate their achievements and dance the dance4life drill. The youth were also invited to take take part in HIV and AIDS competitions and quizzes, with winners being awarded prizes. Gifts were presented to the project ambassadors and the most active volunteers were presented real drums.

However, the best gift for the participants was the satellite connection with their peers giving them the possibility to dance together with agents of change worldwide! The students also enjoyed performances by famous singer and actor Alexey Vorobyov, who has become a real symbol of the dance4life project, singing his best songs and facilitating the event itself. The event was brought to an end by the best Russian DJ, DJ Feel. Talk about closing on a high note! Great!

“The project did not inspire us much at first, - admitted the dance4life participants from Moscow school 1865, - but afterwards we got involved in it completely! Of course, first we just liked the dance, but later we became aware how useful the project was – here we got information of HIV and AIDS, ways of HIV transmission and protection from it. And we are happy to take part in the final event! One thing is clear – when we tell our friends about this event all of them will burst with envy!”

“I am very tired, but happy – said Alexey Vorobyov, – It is fantastic! Look how bright the eyes of the kids are! What a great energy is coming from them! I am really happy to be involved in this very important project.”
