Vietnam kicks off the dance4life event day !
With around 3,000 young people present, Vietnam certainly kicked off the dance4life event day with a bang! 25 rows of 120 students each dancing the drill - could this be a new world record for line dancing?!
The event was held outside at My Dinh national stadium, with ambassasors such as Kim, Tu Long, Xuan Bac and Luu Huong Giang taking to the stage. Luu Hong Giang created particular excitement amongst the crowd watching, with all the young people rushing forward to be close to her!
In addition to these fantastic guests, 5 winners of th e dance4life Vietnam art competion were on stage, all having won a Nokia 7070 phone and dance4Life T-shirt. The first prize winner, Pham Thuy Duong was invited to tell the audience about her artwork (see picture). In English, the text reads "Will you save if you can?"
The event in Vietnam received lots of media coverage - there were 4 camera crews present at the event itself! Wow!
