In 2008, dance4life is active in more than 52 schools in four regions of Uganda through its implementing partner SPW. They have created more than 7000 agents of change, with at least 2000 attending the dance4life event to be held in in Jinja, Uganda on the 29th November 2008.

“dance4life has given me the opportunity to speak out to other young people affected by HIV and AIDS. I now feel confident to open up to a large gathering. If I wasn’t part of the team then I would still be afraid to say anything about my status. I know that giving my testimony will be a living example to other young people who have acquired the virus as a result of your own parent.
