The core business of Les Mills and the approach of Dance4Life are similar: to bring out the power of young people through dance. And of course we both focus on healthy life styles. This connection inspired both parties to start up a multi year cooperation and to promote awareness and break silence and stigma around HIV and AIDS.

Les Mills is the world’s biggest producer of branded group fitness classes, based in New Zealand, currently running in more than 70 countries, with five million participants every week.

In December Les Mills will release the latest version of its danced-based workout program BODYJAM™43 to over 3,300 fitness clubs around the world with part of the class specially choreographed to DJ Benjamin Bates’ Dance4Life anthem. This workout will inspire thousands of participants to donate money for the realisation in 2008 of Dance4life Schools Projects around the world.
