Tiësto, International Dance4Life Ambassador

Tiësto began as a DJ and producer in the Netherlands at the beginning of the 90’s, and soon became the Number One DJ in the World. As International Ambassador for Dance4Life he has appeared at many events, produced and released the ‘Dance4Life’ track and attracted much media interest to Dance4Life.

At the beginning of 2006 he launched the new Dance4Life year outside the parliament buildings in the Hague, and announced his Ambassadorship. He had a Dance4Life truck at the Love Parade in Berlin, and attended and performed in the Opening Ceremony of the International AIDS Conference in Toronto later in the year. By far his greatest achievement for Dance4Life is producing the ‘Dance4Life’ track with vocals by Maxi Jazz, the lead singer of Faithless, which has been a hit in many countries. He also DJ-ed at the Dance4Life Event in the Netherlands in 2006. In 2007 Tiësto went to South Africa to visit projects that are supported by Dance4Life.
