These are The terms of Use for the platform of Stichting dance4life international (the "Platform"), Chamber of Commerce , no 34197379, having its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. By using the Platform, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Stichting dance4life international (“dance4life”) may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Please read carefully.

dance4life does not regulate the content posted by the users on the Platform. dance4life has no control over the lawfulness of the content posted by the users. dance4life is not liable for any act by users of the Platform. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

dance4life makes no representations or warranties that the information provided on the Platform is safe, secure or accurate, and reserves the right to make changes and corrections at any time, without notice.

dance4life accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in this Platform and any decisions based on information contained in this Platform are the sole responsibility of the visitor.

For the convenience of visitors, this Platform contains hypertext links to other websites. dance4life has not reviewed and is not responsible for information or opinions on other such websites.

2. Use of platform

Users who post materials on the Platform guarantee that they will at all times perform the obligations under these Terms of Use and that they observe all laws governing the use of the Platform. Each User shall be responsible for the content and information posted by that user on the Platform. In order to keep the Platform safe and to ensure the rights of others, users will not:

3. Granting of license

Users acknowledge and agree that by making materials (including pictures and films), available on the Platform, they automatically grant dance4life a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, eternal, worldwide license to use and reproduce (and allow third parties to use and reproduce) those materials via any medium whatsoever (including but not limited to hypertext links to other digital or social media) for marketing and/or promotional purposes of dance4life (“IP License”).

Users guarantee to dance4life, that they are fully entitled with regard to the materials made available on the Platform and that that they are fully entitled and authorized to grant the IP Licence.

If any claim is brought against dance4life related to content made available on the Platform by users, these users will indemnify and hold dance4life harmless from and against all damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.

Any and all disputes resulting from this agreement or the use of the Platform will in first instance exclusively be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
